Put the belt around your waist on or just above your belt line. Make sure the belt is fairly snug as you velcro it. If you have a smaller waist take the excess belt and fold back on it self and secure with the belt loops. Have the Stick facing left (righties) or right (lefties). Make sure the Stick is parallel to your target line. This will help with alignment.
Once you have the Shift Stick on, take your normal back swing. As you complete your backswing focus on whipping the Shift Stick back to the left (righties) right (lefties) rotating your Hip First while keeping you arms passive. This will get you into a powerful position to UNLEASH into the ball with SPEED and POWER!
